Directions for Use:
Best used at night to allow adaptation to the new skin before exposure to the outdoors. In a cup add 2 teaspoons water to one teaspoon of the ground. Mix and make a slightly runny paste. Hold with fingers and massage onto face in a circular motion. Rinse and pat dry. Follow with an application of Bliss Moisturizing Oil.
- For optimum results use once a week for oily skin and once a month for dry.
